What you should know about The Art of Health
It all began with a diagnosis of clinical depression when I was 28 years old. To be honest, I didn’t even know what that meant at the time, or how that diagnosis would be the catapult that changed the direction of my life. I chose to take a huge risk, selling my house to travel around the world on one last trip’ in case my health worsened and I never got the chance to do it again. It took another 6 years before I was able to say I was well enough to re enter life and the work force again. Since then I have studied more than 20 revolutionary theories and methods in order to restore my health, techniques which I have since used to help hundreds of people worldwide.
No more brain fog! I have loads more energy than before and best of all no brain fog. In fact, in my experience of working with hundreds of women, it goes all the way back to the first 7 years of life. As a health and empowerment coach, I like to stay on the cutting edge of new therapies and ideas to help my clients maximize their wellness in order to live empowered lives. I spent 25 years learning, implementing, and testing out everything I use in my work for myself, and now I offer a range of solutions that are so cutting edge most people haven’t even heard of them yet. I’m starting to become the person I always wanted to be to trust in myself, my abilities, my knowledge. Overall, it has given me the necessary tools to heal myself and to enjoy well being for the rest of my life .
