We are Rock On Fab, specialists in Stone Benchtops. We manufacture benchtops from granite and engineering stone, that we self import from India and China. This enables us to deliver tops with exceptional quality at best prices.
We aim to revolutionize New Zealand's small business supply chain processes of granite, that is, from purchase to installation of premium marble. After years of carefully scrutinizing supply chain processes in New Zealand, we have innovated unique methods to save massive costs. This operational cost saving is core to our business, as we pass these savings to our valuable clients. Going forward, we aim to achieve excellence in supply chain of comprehensive stone solutions for New Zealand homes and businesses. For this, we constantly strive to innovate and expand our operational processes by vertical integration with global suppliers. Our Products
We import slabs in two variants of thickness: 20mm and 30mm.
However, we do have access to 12mm and 40mm slabs as well.
Our stone stock comprises of:
1. Granite: Black Pearl, Absolute Black, Black Galaxy, Steel Grey and many more
2. Engineering Stone: White Ice, White Snow, White Nougat, White Diamond and Sardinia
The Types of Sink cut we do:
1. Top Mount Sink: Sits on "top of the bench"
2. Undermount Sink: Sits "under the bench"
3. Rebate Undermount Sink: Sits halfway under the bench
4. Butlers Sink: Sits slightly out of front edge of the benchtop
Our Process:
Consultation -> Site Measure -> Templating* -> Cutting** -> Polishing -> Delivery -> Installation
Our operations guarantee turn over time period of one week. And we accept payment 50% up at the time of site measure and 50% after final installation.
*Templating we do is on plastic boards and not hand written paper
**Cutting is handled by our bridgesaw, which can cut even miter cuts
Targets
