What you should know about Christ in Education
We are a Christian organisation that aims to provide high quality educational materials for school students. Our educational materials are not only aimed at being the most informative and interesting, but also include encouraging scriptural truths and principles applicable for students and parents alike. It is important for us to be open about our beliefs and as Christians, we encourage any interested party to read the What we believe section below. Because man fell into sin and is lost, God determined that sinners may receive forgiveness and eternal life through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ John . In order to redeem sinful man, Jesus, who lived a sinless life, gave Himself to die on the cross, bearing the sins of all those who trust in Him for salvation Romans . When a person is born again by believing in and receiving Jesus Christ, that person, previously spiritually dead, gets new life and is permanently indwelt by the Holy Spirit John and 1 Cor . The Holy Spirit acts as the teacher of believers 1 Cor , revealing God's will and His truth to them John and John assures them that they are God's children Rom 8 16 , gives hope Romans and strengthens Eph 3 16 . The Holy Spirit also bestows spiritual gifts upon God's children 1 Cor , equipping them to do the work they have been called to do for God's Kingdom and fill the lives of those who have yielded to Him with love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control Galatians . These are the fruits the Holy Spirit produces in our lives when we do not fulfil the lust of the flesh but live by the power of the Holy Spirit.
People are saved and forgiven if they confess their sins and confess their belief in the resurrection of Jesus Christ, as promised in Romans 10 9, If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. In calling all believers to discipleship, Jesus Christ commisioned us to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ. As followers of Jesus Christ, we must committ ourselves to this task by obeying His calling, following His instruction and teaching and living our lives under His leadership Colossians . We believe that our worship, relationships, ministries, work, education and recreation must be subject to the ordinances of God, and for His glory.
