This tax invoice will include the last price for the services performed and any goods provided, this price may vary from the quoted price at the discretion of the Contractor. The Customer will ensure that if the service is to be performed on the Customers' property, that at all times the property is safe and that all facilities provided by the Customer for the purposes of enabling the service to be performed are also safe. Where protective equipment, materials or clothing are needed these will be provided by the Contractor and the Contractor will ensure that these are old at all apropos times. The Contractor and all the Contractors employees and permitted sub contractors are properly qualified, experienced, licensed where applicable and suited to properly perform and will perform the service to the needed standards and codes.
Maximum professional painters only guarantee their paint work if you have a yearly orderly so we can prep for the paint job then tidy the painted surfaces yearly to retain the paintwork maintained.
